STEP 1: CONTACT ME
If you are booking a wedding/elopement, once you fill out my contact form we can schedule a date to chat over the phone. This helps me get a better feel of what you're looking for, gives you time to ask as many questions as you want, and see if we mesh well which is a HUGE priority! This is a big exciting happy day for you, I want to make sure you're confident you made the right decision investing in me.
STEP 2: THE "DATE"-ING GAME
Ahh you have a date! SO SO exciting! After our pre-wedding phone call I send over a proposal that includes a contract + invoice where you can pay through the portal. I require a 20% non-refundable down payment (this amount goes toward your total cost) and require payment #2 mid-project, payment #3 is due at least 2 weeks before the big day. If it is out of state or a long enough distance I have to spend the night, 75% will be non-refundable to cover any and all booking/travel fees. I am flexible on payment plans as long as it is paid off by your wedding so if this is something you need, just let me know!
STEP 3: THE WAITING GAME
I like to get to know my couples really well leading up to the big day because it helps make everything more comfortable and fun! I give you my number and email so you can contact me anytime with questions and I LOVE communication so the more you want to communicate the easier it is for me to understand your wants and needs. I send over a questionnaire as well as a google drive doc you can edit going over your timeline, priority pictures, family circumstances, etc;
STEP 4: THE AFTER PARTY
After we've had the time of our lives celebrating your new favorite commitment, you get to re-live the day all over again with YOUR PICTURES! Woo! I send a link to your email where you can download the high resolution images to your phone or computer as many times as you want! You can also share the link with family and friends or even share the images directly to social media. If you want a USB that is also an option, I can include ALL the pictures we've taken of you guys on the USB for an additional charge.
